Hi there! I’m Lisa, an Italian photographer living the dream in Iceland.

I’m all about the little moments in life – the kind that make you pause and smile. Speaking of loves, let me introduce mine: my husband Aron, my daughter Viola, my Siberian Husky Atlas, and my Maine Coon Rjomi. They’re my world! Oh, and I’m also a big fan of chocolate, heartfelt hugs, barefoot walks, and long, messy hair.

I love meeting new people, exploring different cultures, and trying all kinds of Asian food (so good!). Iceland has completely stolen my heart – it’s the perfect place for adventures. Some of my favorite activities include snorkeling, watching sunrises, hiking, road trips, and taking in stunning bird’s-eye views. And yes, I have a soft spot for pizza, ice cream, film cameras, and Polaroids.

For me, photography is pure magic. It’s about capturing life’s beauty, moments, and emotions in a way that lasts forever. I’m constantly inspired by light and find beauty everywhere I look. Whether I’m by the ocean, surrounded by the smell of the sea, or enjoying the quiet of a good book, I live for meaningful experiences – big or small.

How long have you been working in the wedding industry?

It’s been quite a while—since 2014, back when I was still living in Italy.

What made you get into weddings & elopements?

I started out as a wedding photographer in Italy because I’ve always been fascinated by people and their stories. But honestly, big weddings just weren’t my thing. I’m all about those small, intimate moments and a bit of adventure. So when I moved to Iceland, I decided to focus entirely on elopements—and I’ve never looked back!

What do you love about intimate weddings and elopements?

Getting to give my full attention to the bride and groom, without any distractions, is honestly the best. It helps build trust and creates such a meaningful connection in the moment. By the end of the elopement, we’re not just strangers—we’re friends for life.

How would you describe your approach to your work?

Spontaneous, authentic, and intentional.

For me, photography is pure magic. It’s about capturing life’s beauty, moments, and emotions in a way that lasts forever.

What’s your favourite part of a wedding day?

The ceremony.

What advice would you give couples who are in the process of planning a wedding or elopement?

Pick vendors you trust, go with a photographer whose style you absolutely love, and stop stressing about what others think. This day is all about you!

When you’re not at a wedding, what do you love doing?

Cuddling with my pets, hiking, hitting the pool, making memories with the people I love, and traveling whenever I get the chance.

Do you have a dream wedding or elopement you’d love to do?

Oh, there are so many amazing places to visit! The Faroe Islands, Greenland, Argentina, Greece, Portugal, Cappadocia (hot air balloon ride, anyone?), New Zealand, Costa Rica, Mexico, Kenya, Tanzania (a safari wedding sounds like a dream!), South Africa, the Grand Canyon, Alaska, and Joshua Tree—so many options to choose from!
