We decided to elope because to us, getting married was just about us two and we wanted to be able to focus on each other. We wanted it to b feel very special and romantic.

Yes! We had our wedding bands made from a local designer in Palma.
My bouquet was from a local florist with native in season flowers. We enjoyed wonderful cava from Spain to celebrate while looking out at the counties beautiful scenery!

From Aimee, the photographer (local to Mallorca): Prepare to organize a private dinner option with the hotel. They offer two locations for private dining – The Beach and Es Cabo. This particular location is Es Cabo.

The sunset from Cap Rocat is amazing so timing the elopement around sunset time is ideal. If you’re staying at the hotel, you can also do preparation photos in the hotel rooms which are exceedingly beautiful. You do need to work with the event planner from the hotel to organize everything.

How Did the Couple Personalize Their Elopement?

We did it how we wanted! Had a slow morning enjoying breakfast of the terrace, lounging in the sun, writing each other letters, getting ready slowly listening to our favorite music, had a quaint ceremony personalized to us and our story, a private dinner reflecting on the day, cried over sweet letters to each other while sipping delicious wine watching the sunset.

It was a very smooth planning process! We learned early on to go with the flow and everything will work out. And it did!

The ceremony was very special. Locking eyes the whole time being as present in the moment as possible.
