Santomè Winery offered them something different, quiet, romantic, and deeply personal, so it became the perfect setting for their proposal.

Serena: Yes. Since it’s a private venue, you must request permission to organize a proposal on-site. The winery charges a location fee, and all arrangements need to be coordinated with the property in advance.

Serena: Absolutely. It’s a modern and beautifully maintained location, very easy to reach by car and conveniently close to the highway exit. It’s fully accessible and suitable for guests of all ages and abilities.
How did you approach capturing photos of the proposal while keeping it a surprise?
Serena: I coordinated everything with the owner. Before the proposal, I sat on a bench with him, pretending to be casually chatting right in front of the spot where the groom would kneel, outside the flower-decorated gazebo. The couple was enjoying a wine tasting, and the last tasting was intentionally planned to bring them to the exact place at the perfect moment. As soon as he arrived and prepared to propose, I quietly moved closer and began photographing the entire scene without interrupting the surprise.

Serena: Yes. I organized the entire setup with the support of the florist and the winery owner, who both helped create a seamless and beautiful moment.
